Can you tell I’m a little obsessed with making fun Halloween treats? This afternoon we’re having a pumpkin carving party with a few of the neighbors and you can’t have a party without dessert.
We made these Mini Halloween Pudding Pies on a whim and I love the way they turned out. I swear – the best projects are the ones that come together at the last minute without any planning.
Want to make some this weekend? You just need a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
- 1 box (3.9 ounce) pudding - prepared
- 6 chocolate sandwich cookies - crushed
- ghost PEEPS
- candy pumpkins
Instructions
- Add pudding to individual pie crusts.
- Sprinkle cookie crumbles over pudding.
- Add ghosts and pumpkins to each pie.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Enjoy!
How easy does that sound? We made chocolate pudding because that’s what I had in my pantry. You can really use any pudding flavor since it will be covered by the cookie crumbs.
And trust me when I say they’re fun to make and the kids will love to eat them. Connor was so excited to help me make these adorable mini Halloween pudding pies and he can’t wait to serve them to all of his friends.
